System is the platform-operator path for this installation's parent tenant — you do not name a tenant. Tenant is for a customer or organization tenant: you enter that tenant's display name, then a local username and password, or SSO.

Password recovery is out of band. Ask a platform operator to reset the account — this console has no forgot-password form.
